Job Description

* Test current products and identifying deficiencies* Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction* Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy* Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution* Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement * Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression and service.* Work with development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management.* Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.* Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people.* Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.* Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
