* Experience with actives and passive candidate sourcing.* Experience using different hiring channels and platforms. Especially, LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.* Experience in effective selling and pitching of software product brands to right candidates through in-house recruitment or agency hiring.* Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals,competitive market awareness.*Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, academic institutions and other sources of great candidates.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
